It is usually your 10-digit phone numer @ some address. Next, paste the link to your external calendar in the field shown in the image below. If you don't already have one, <a target="_blank" href="http://www.icalshare.com/">iCalShare</a> is a great place to find all sorts of calendars. Click on the link to iCalShare:

At iCalShare, choose a calendar, then right-click on the Subscribe link, and choose "Copy Link Location." <p>

Select Import and Export. <p>In the pop-up window, choose “Export to a File” and click Next.</p><p><img src=" /></p><p> Then choose “Comma Separated Values” and click Next. </p><p><img src="http://www.timein.com/faq/images/screens/imexMO3.jpg" /></p><p>Make sure that you have selected Contacts in the next following pop-up window, and click Next. </p><p><img src="http://www.timein.com/faq/images/screens/imexMO4.jpg" /></p><p>Choose a place to save your file, and click Next. </p><p><img src="http://www.timein.com/faq/images/screens/imexMO5.jpg" /></p><p>In the next pop-up window,  you’ll be able to click Finish. </p><p><img src="http://www.timein.com/faq/images/screens/imexMO6.jpg" /></p><p>Now, back at TimeIn, in the Contacts tab, click Import/Export Contacts. </p><p>Select “Import your contacts to TimeIn from a MS Outlook/Outlook Express CSV file.” </p><p><img src="http://www.timein.com/faq/images/screens/MOcsvbrowse.jpg" /></p><p>Then browse to find the file you just made in Outlook. Once you have located it, click Import CSV file. </p><p>
